Return and Refund Policy

How do you deal with the products you don't want before shipment? OR What should you do if you don't want the product on the way?

You can apply for a refund directly, and your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

What should you do when you want to return the package without any reason (30-day return policy)?

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're unsatisfied, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

Situation 1 (The package is delivered): To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Suppose the product or its accessories and consumables, such as gel balls, are used. In that case, a portion of the amount will be deducted as consumption because it has already affected the resale of the product. You will be responsible for the one-way return shipping charges (Excluding product defects), the remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card. 

Situation 2 (The package is in transit): If the package is on the way and cannot be intercepted, please send it to the return address we provided to you after receiving it. We can only process the refund after receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the one-way return shipping charges. 

What should you do when you find that the products of the package you received are damaged or partially damaged, or lack accessories?

Please contact us by email to provide photos or video as evidence immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or lack any accessories so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. One of the following methods we have chosen fulfills your needs:

  • Replacing the defective product with the same or similar product, or
  • Replacing the defective parts of the product, or
  • Replacing the missing parts of the product, or
  • Refund or partial refund.

We will undertake all the costs during this return or resent period.

Return Process

To start a return, you should contact us via support@mycosmoxtoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You MUST PROVIDE us with the tracking number of the package by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When the return/exchange is due to our error, we will be responsible for the shipping charges of the return. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges in other cases.

NOTES:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
